Dean A.Campbell is the owner and managing member of Dean A.Campbell, LLC. The firm was established in April 2006 by Mr. Campbell after having worked as a trial attorney for two other prominent Georgetown, Delaware firms. In 2008, the firm was recognized by U.S. News and World Report as a Delaware business leader. Mr. Campbell has worked as a civil litigation trial attorney since 1999 when he entered private practice. Mr.Campbell is best known for his litigation work involving real property disputes, title disputes, commercial lease disputes, homeowner association disputes, mechanics lien disputes and construction disputes.
Prior to entering the private practice of law in 1999, Mr. Campbell served as a police officer with the Delaware River and Bay Authority Police Department (“DRBAPD”), both at its Lewes and New Castle, Delaware troops. While serving with DRBAPD, Mr. Campbell served first as a patrol officer and then advanced to the position of Troop Commander. His law enforcement career ended with an early retirement after serving as Professional Standards Officer where he worked as administrative assistant to the Chief of Police and as Internal Affairs investigator.
