About
Dean A. Campbell, Esq.
Mr. Campbell was admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware in 1997 after graduating magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Campbell is a civil litigation trial attorney whose reputation is one for handling a variety of cases. In today’s legal community, and considering the streamlined practices developed in certain areas of law, many attorneys practice in “boxes” (e.g. estate planning, real estate, criminal, etc.). The problem with that mentality is that attorneys become hesitant to work outside that “box” and venture into unfamiliar territory. That becomes problematic when the nature of the case involves one or more disciplines of law. The legal problems people encounter do not always fit neatly into a “box”. Critical thinking, analysis, and a willingness to cross legal disciplines give Mr. Campbell a step-up on his competition.
Mr. Campbell's goal is, and always has been, to help others with their problems. The practice’s motto is: “serving our neighbors – old and new”, and that's just what he does; strives to represent real people, his neighbors here in Southern Delaware, with real problems zealously and professionally.
