I am a civil attorney whose practice encompasses a variety of areas. Most of my work falls into breach of contract cases, real estate dispute cases, construction related litigation, disputed estates, homeowner association conflicts, and an assortment of problems I'll leave to your imagination. We also do estate planning work and estate administration services.

The firm does not handle bankruptcy, family law, criminal law, or intellectual property laws. We also do not handle real estate settlements.

Most litigation cases begin with a one-hour consultation at a rate of $325.00. During the consultation we will discuss your problem and determine if you have a claim. If so, we'll discuss how to move forward. Most litigation cases are on an hourly basis of $375.00 per hour. Other services, like estate planning or estate administration are at a flat fee depending on the complexity of the estate.

No, we also handle estate planning and estate administration. In addition, we handle business formation and some transactional work.
